The location of the resort was perfect, with the beach just a few steps away and a boardwalk that provided easy access to the nearby town. the swimming pools were also a highlight, spacious and not overcrowded, allowing for a relaxing swim.

The resort was in need of some maintenance, with signs of decay and tiredness in certain areas. the accommodation itself was a bit dated and could benefit from refurbishment.

I always come back to this amazing place because it has everything I need - Wi-Fi, car park, kitchen utensils, AC, TV. The staff helped me with my luggage and I enjoy my city break here.

The units at Pestana Alvor Beach Villas Seaside Resort are absolutely amazing! The rooms are a good size and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The flat-screen TV, spacious living room, well-equipped kitchen, and private bathroom made me feel right at home. As a guest who values convenience and comfort, I couldn't have asked for more.

Personally, I found the bath or shower option in the private bathroom to be a bit disappointing. However, I understand that others may still enjoy it.

I really got great value for my money at Pestana Alvor Beach Villas. The room was well equipped and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The staff treated me with exceptional hospitality, always willing to accommodate my needs.

Damp and musty smell in the villa.

The activities available there kept our children entertained and happy throughout the day. From arts and crafts to outdoor games, they had a blast and it was all included in our package. We also enjoyed spending time at the swimming pool and playing mini-golf together. The hotel's gardens were beautiful and the mini-golf field added a fun element to our family vacation.

My wife says that having a dedicated children's menu at the hotel's restaurant would have been great. It would have made meal times easier and more enjoyable for our kids.

During our recent stay at Pestana Alvor Beach Villas, we were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and comfort of the 2-bedroom villa. The availability of 2 bathrooms was a great convenience for our group of 4 adults. The villa was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic stay. We particularly enjoyed the pool area, which had plenty of sun loungers for everyone and provided a relaxing spot to soak up the sun. The beachfront location, coupled with the boardwalk leading directly into town, made it easy for us to explore and enjoy the surrounding area. it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

While our stay at Pestana Alvor Beach Villas was largely positive, we did encounter a few drawbacks. the multiple receptions at the property were a bit confusing to navigate.
